In the afternoons I like to go outside on the patio and read a book,  When the weather gets warmer I will do that in the mornings. 

Right now I have been reading the Official eBay Bible 3rd Edition by Griff.  In this book Griff talks about the old days of eBay, when it first stated with Pierre Odmyar and how he would get on the discussion board in the evenings and talk with users about changes or improvements he could and would be making to the site.

That was back in the late 1990's.  Before most of us who are here today got onto eBay.

When I first stated on eBay in 2001 I would visit the discussion boards and participate in or at least follow the threads.  You often saw many "pinks" participating in the discussions and answering questions.

Fast forward to 2008:

This past February I started to have trouble with eBay ToGo - a nice widget sellers (well anyone) can use to promote their own or their favorite sellers items on eBay.  Others had problems with the widget as well.

I found on the eBay to go discussion board a post from March 15th (What is Going on with eBay to Go??????? forums.ebay.com/db2/thread.jspa?threadID=2000535588&tstart=0&mod=1206838211277) with 14 replies to it through March 29th.  None of the replies were from any "pinks".

The issues with the eBay to go widget were never addressed in the eBay to go discussion board by any pinks and were never announced on the announcement or system announcement boards. (That I could find.)

Where did all the pinks go?

Note: the eBay to go widget seems to be working now.
