Last Friday I started to notice some changes at PayPal.com, and now I am reading more about them:
The new PayPal account overview and
history pages:
www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=xpt/Marketing/general/NewForBuyerAndSeller-outside
Benefits to both Sellers and Buyers:
-
Log into your account history directly from the PayPal homepage
-
Better search of transactions
-
Quick access to all other PayPal products
-
Quick and esy acess to PayPal customer support
Benefits for the sellers:
-
Important buyer messages how up directly on your transaction records (This is well welcomed by me as it will save me time form reading every transaction to see if the buyer left me a note that requires my attention).
-
PayPal will proactively flag transactions that might need your closer review
-
Streamline of your order tracking including: access to flexible shipping and tracking options right from your account overview page and history page.
-
Download transaction in either text or Excel format directly from your account overview page.
Benefits for the buyers:
-
Transaction information is now featured on one line, expandable if needed, with payment status displayed as the default.
-
Automatically notified when you need to take action
-
See when your purchases were shipped and track their progress
I feel this is a great move by PayPal to improve their service for both buyers and sellers.
